Hi, my name is Regan Sun. I am 16 years old and a sophomore at Timpview Highschool in Provo, Utah. I am so excited to get accepted to my dream school, Wharton University, for their Essentials of Finance summer program from June 19 - July 2 this year.
Since first grade, I have been studying very hard to be the first generation of my family to go to college in America. I am very fortunate to have been able to find my passion so early on in life, which is finance and investing. From a very young age, I have decided to be like my idol, Warren Buffett. I devoured all the books and information I could find about him, and just last year, I opened my first investment account with the help of my mom and had started saving and investing my earnings. During my investing journey, I have found many young people like me who wanted to learn about investing and business but didn't know where to start. Seeing this, I convinced 3 of my friends to start a podcast on youtube called Not yet Millionaires with a mission to share our business, finance, investing and entrepreneurship journeys, hoping it can inspire other young adults/kids.
What an excellent opportunity for me to learn from the best business school Wharton, but the tuition is $6500 plus an airplane ticket. I hope you can support me with this life-changing experience by donating money and helping me achieve my dream.
