Help Reem's family survive the war in Gaza and live a decent
Donation protected
My name is Yousef assar , and I live in Belgium. I’m doing everything I can to support my relatives in Gaza, who are enduring unimaginable suffering. Here is a message from Reem, a young mother fighting for her children's survival:
My name is Reem. I’m 29 years old — a mother and a survivor of the hell in Gaza.
I live with my small family of four, trapped under the weight of genocide, starvation, and relentless bombing. Our home has been completely destroyed. We have no shelter. No income. No safety. All I hear is the deafening sound of drones and the silent cries of hunger from my children’s empty stomachs.
My children are starving. They need milk. Food. Medicine. And I have nothing.
There is no pain more agonizing than holding your child in your arms, knowing you can’t protect them. That you have nothing to offer but your tears.
All I want is to live — to raise my children in a place where bombs don’t fall from the sky, where hunger isn’t used as a weapon, and where being a mother doesn’t mean watching your child waste away.
Please — if you can give anything, let it be compassion. Let it be hope. Let it be a way out.
Your donation could mean the difference between despair and survival, between death and a future.
Help me get my children out alive.
