Support Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy 2008 Boys at ECNL National Playoffs
We are thrilled to announce that the 2008 Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy boys team has qualified for the prestigious ECNL National Playoffs, taking place in Seattle, Washington, from June 25th to July 1st.
This achievement is particularly significant as this is only the second team in the club's five-year history to qualify for the ECNL National Playoffs. It is a testament to the dedication and talent of these young athletes. They faced fierce competition in the Mid America Conference, battling against six other top teams. Their impressive record of 7 wins, 1 loss, and 4 draws, coupled with a 16-goal differential (31 goals scored, 15 conceded), secured their place in this national tournament. Currently, they are ranked #27 out of the top 64 teams in the United States.
For the past four years, the majority of these players have grown together within the Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy. Their team's strength lies not only in their athletic prowess but also in their diverse backgrounds, representing communities from Cleveland, Dalton, Chattanooga, Virginia, Florida, and even Spain. Beyond the field, these young men excel as leaders and students, boasting an impressive average GPA of 3.8. Adding to their impressive credentials, several of the players maintain a 4.0 GPA while taking challenging AP, Honors, and Dual Enrollment classes. Several of the players are also members of the National Honor Society, and they actively engage in volunteer work with Special Olympics, the Empty Stocking Fund at Christmas time, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, and Clifton Hills, demonstrating their commitment to serving those in need.
Participating in the ECNL National Playoffs is an incredible and rare opportunity that the players have to showcase their skills on a national stage. This experience could be life-changing for these players, setting them up for big-time successes in their near future. However, the costs associated with travel, accommodation, and tournament fees are significant.
We are reaching out to you for your generous support to help make this dream a reality. Your financial contribution will directly assist these deserving athletes in representing Chattanooga and their families at this elite event.
Here's how your donation can make a difference:
Travel Costs: Each player's travel expenses, including flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, and food, will range from $1,500 to $2,000.
College Exposure: Your contribution will help these young athletes gain invaluable experience and exposure, as hundreds of college scouts will be present, seeking top players for their university programs.
Please consider partnering with us to empower these exceptional young men. We are confident that they will represent our community with pride and distinction.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
