We are Red River Gorge Shuttle Service, a Kentucky based, for-profit transit company serving Louisville, Lexington and the Red River Gorge. As a small business, we hope to scale to the most sustainable version of our operation possible. In our car centric and individualistic society, it will take time for a transit system to catch on. This fund is intended for all who see public transit as an important piece in social, as well as environmental justice. While you're not directly receiving our services through your donation, you will be contributing to our success and durability in a high cost, high regulation business. Thus you'll be supporting our effort to begin to supply Kentuckians as well as tourists with a reliable and affordable form of transportation to Kentucky's Red River Gorge.

While we are for-profit, we try to minimize the consumer cost of our service as much as possible. By contributing to this fund, you are ensuring the continuation and expansion of a public transit network that will help many people access nature and the outdoors, and help people in rural communities have access to urban opportunities in a sustainable way.
