Help Red Lodge Recover!

Greetings RLHS classmates and other fans of our beautiful, although temporarily wounded,

little town.

I've started this Go Fund Me Account in the hopes that you will help me support the Red

Lodge Chamber of Commerce's Gift Card Program. The program is uncomplicated. We will provide funds and the Chamber will purchase gift cards from local businesses and give them

to Red Lodge residents in need. Hopefully if enough people support this and other programs in the area, businesses will stay open and people will have jobs.

I clearly remember how much I looked forward to the tourists arriving each summer with their

paper dollars (not the cumbersome silver dollars we had to tolerate the rest of the year).

I would arrive at the Red Lodge Cafe at 4:00 a.m. to serve them breakfast as they braced to

tackle those switchbacks so they could view the spectacular scenery and visit Yellowstone

Park.

This year, those tourists won't be coming. Let's see if we can help!
