Help Recover Stolen Income for a Family in Need

Update: Monday, September 9th. I was able to somehow get back into the account and I checked my earnings to make sure everything was in tact. I immediately changed all of the information and removed all connections and devices associated with the hacker, while adding brand new security features & tools to the account. Less than a day later the hacker was able to get back in to the account, and the people who have been helping me through this situation can't even think of how that was even possible. The hacker then got my account permanently banned by posting multiple videos that violated community guidelines immediately after signing in. If I can't get in touch with TikTok support and get it unbanned, I will lose my money forever.

Hi, my name is Natalie. I've never had to do anything like this before, but here’s why I am. I started doing TikTok Creative Challenge (TTCC) full-time this summer to support myself. I make full-time income through TTCC - we’re the ones who make the ads for companies that you see on TikTok and other platforms. In August, I made the most money I've ever made in my life, $4902, which I know isn't a lot to some people, but to a low-income family like us that meant everything.

At 1am on Friday morning, September 6th, I received an email that someone was trying to log in to my account and because of my 2 step verification with my email, they needed a code. Even without access to that code or my email, they were able to login to my account and immediately deleted my information and email causing me to lose access completely. I have $4902 sitting on that account for August that I am supposed to manually withdraw to my bank account on September 15th, but I can't without access to that account. The hacker that is on my account right now can change the bank information to his and take everything I earned for August. Not only that, my account is still making money from videos I submitted at the beginning of the month, which is at $816+ now and will only continue to grow.

I'm 24 years old, this is my first time making a good income besides previous minimum wage jobs, and the first time I have a chance to get ahead in life and start being able to breathe, after all my hard work, it was stolen from me. I do not have savings, credit cards, or any other income coming in and I have 2 people depending on me for this money I was supposed to be paid. I have less than 50 dollars to my name right now.

TikTok Support rarely helps anyone with this problem, multiple people have had their accounts hacked with no resolution. I have submitted multiple support tickets and still haven't heard back from anyone. I was told that the chances of getting my account back or my money back is very rare, slim to none.

This is extremely embarrassing and frustrating to have to do, but I am genuinely still in shock and disbelief that something like this happened to me. It's so hard to understand exactly how this feels until it happens to you. This is my livelihood. I have no money to my name now, no money to fall back on, no help from family, no credit cards I can use for the time being, nothing. I have no other options. I am going to get back to work on a new account and start working towards having a chance again to get out of this position in life, but I can’t start earning again until October 15th. I’m struggling knowing how we’re going to make it work until then.

If anyone would like to help out I would deeply appreciate it, because I'm just hurt and lost.
