Help recover from tragic accident and loss

My fiance and I were hit by a semi in Sanford, Florida, while walking across the crosswalk at Rinehart and St John's Parkway. I am in the hospital with severe injuries, including 4 broken bones in my leg, and a lumbar fracture. I've had 2 surgeries so far, and am looking at more. My fiance, Stone, did not make it. The police are not pursuing criminal charges, even though the crosswalk sign told us it was safe to walk, so there was no reason the person driving that semi should have turned. I am seeking justice for myself and my fiance, and some financial stability at this time, because I will not be able to work for a long time.
