Help Recover from Ice Storm Food Loss

As most in this area know, we have been hit with a very serious weather situation, a serious ice storm that has taken out power for many thousands of people. I'm no exception I realized today that because of the length of time that I've been without power I've lost all the food in my refrigerator and my large freezer. I live on a fixed income and will not have more income until next month. Please help if you can.
