Help Recover from Assault and Theft in São Paulo

This what happened on October 3rd, 2024 at: R. Girassol, 950 - Vila Madalena, São Paulo - SP, 05433-002 .

At 9:25 PM I was walking back to my hotel with a friend and I was assaulted by two men and one had a gun. They demanded my cell phone and passcode to get into my phone while the gun was placed to my head. I gave them the passcode and ran off after they tripped me down the stairs. I was badly hurt. They were able to use the passcode to unlock everything in my phone, including email, my phone number, banking apps and crypto apps where they were able to withdraw around US$13,000 of crypto and $10,000 in savings to their accounts. I was able to get back into my hotel where I was able to finally lock them out of my Apple ID and bank accounts and crypto accounts after hours of trying.

I suffered a lost of not only my iPhone 16 Pro and all the money in my crypto and savings accounts but all the emotional and physical pain of the attack.
