Hello, my name is Anish, and I'm originally from Nepal. I am fundraising for my father and our family. On August 19, 2024, a devastating fire ravaged our home, leaving behind nothing but ashes and memories. Thankfully, we are grateful that no lives were lost, but the emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming.

I'm raising funds because this tragedy has stripped us of everything—our home, furniture, electronics, clothes, kitchen items, food, and even crucial legal and government-issued documents. The loss is immense, and we are starting from scratch.

How Will the Funds Be Used?

Your generous contributions will go directly towards rebuilding our lives. Here’s how we plan to allocate the funds:

1. Housing & Essential Furniture:To secure temporary housing and eventually rebuild our home, we need to purchase beds, tables, chairs, and other essential furniture.

2. Clothing & Personal Items:Funds will help us replace our wardrobes, which include everyday clothes, shoes, and winter wear.

3. Electronics & Appliances:We lost all our electronics, including phones, computers, and essential kitchen appliances like stove, and kettle and many more.

4. Legal & Government-Issued Documents: Replacing vital documents such as birth certificates, passports, and legal papers is a priority and requires fees that add up quickly.

5. Food & Kitchen Essentials:We need to restock our kitchen with groceries, utensils, and basic food items.
