Help Recover $1,500 for Kates Rent

My daughter just learned the hard way that not all people are honest and was scammed through a text. She lost $1,500, which was all she had. If you can help her at all, it will be appreciated so much. Her rent is due in two days. Being 18 is rough in this economy.
