Help Reclaim Transportation and Home

My car was placed into impound. It took a week and a half of phone calls to both evidence and the tow company before the tow company admitted to having my car and having it in possession for eight days, and the bill was at that time over $3000. Paperwork had been sent to my father's house over 55 miles away instead of the address and P.O. box that I have registered on my license.

The car is my transportation, my home, and my way of earning an income. Without it, I have been moved from going through a "rough patch" to a position that people rarely get themselves out of. The car was left to my mother by her favorite uncle and then given to me before she died.
