My name is Garik and I leave in Los Angeles.

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help.

My cousin Ada, uncle Artyom, and aunt Flora lost their home in Altadena to the devastating Eaton fire. On Tuesday, they evacuated with just a carload of personal items and their small dog. Now, their home is completely gone, and the weight of this loss is unimaginable.

Thankfully, they’re safe and staying in Sacramento, but they now face the overwhelming task of rebuilding their lives from nothing. I’ve started this GoFundMe to help them get back on their feet and provide some relief during this incredibly difficult time.

• Unforeseen costs as they begin to rebuild
