While traveling abroad for the holiday, Barrett Rickman's house burned down the day before Thanksgiving. The fire resulted in a total loss of property but most gut wrenchingly, the tragic loss of both family dogs. It's unfathomable to imagine this type of loss, especially for a family eager to see their pups upon their return from a trip.

Barrett, his wife Brooke and daughter Nola are working to pick up the pieces while working with the authorities and insurance companies.

I'm hoping to raise money to help them through the next six months to ease, to any small degree, the stress of rebuilding and dealing with insurance.
