Help Rebuild Tamara's Life After Devastating Fire
Donation protected
On the 28th of August a fire warning was issued for Edmondson park. I was at work at the time I recieved a phone call from my aunty telling me that I needed to get home as the property next to the one we stay at and store trucks at was on fire. I rushed home as fast as I could but wasn’t aloud on the property until the police and fire fighters gave the ok. I was hoping that everything was ok. I could see down the drive way and could see a shed had burnt down and my cousins truck was fully burnt. I was able to gain access to one small part of the property just to discover the caravan I lived in and that held all my possessions and things I hold dear to me was nothing but smoke and ash. It was gone, everything that I have ever owned besides the clothes on my back was gone. I lost not just my clothes but photos of my loved ones that had passed I lost my IPad I lost my memorabilia from my first trip over seas this year and I lost all my documents including birth cert marriage cert and passport all bank cards and drivers license. When I seen that my home was no longer there I fell to my knees and just started crying and shaking I had no idea what to do. Now I am staying in motels and hotels trying to get back on my feet.
