Hello, my name is Jim Hart, and I am the President of Suffern Little League. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Suffern Little League community, Suffern Little League needs your help. Like so many in our area, our league has been devastated from the effects of the flooding that occurred as a result of Hurricane Ida.

Our fields and field house were flooded with up to 5 feet of water. The flood waters were so damaging, our snack stand was completely destroyed. We lost all of our kitchen equipment, including 4 freezers, 4 refrigerators an oven and other major appliances and furniture, as well as audio equipment and food and merchandise inventory that we rely on to give our community the great Little League experience you've come to expect.

Unfortunately, our insurance policy doesn't cover flood damage.  We estimate the value of the damage to be approximately $15,000. We are asking for the help of the Suffern community to assist in rebuilding our field house and snack stand and help ensure our upcoming Fall and Spring seasons give our kids and their families memories for years to come.
