Help Rebuild Stacey + Family

Dear Family and Friends,
Seems like we’ve all been touched one way or another by the Paradise fires, but this tragedy has hit especially close to home for our family. My cousin Stacey (who is like a sister to me) and her family have basically lost everything with NO insurance coverage.
Stacey, who works from home, was given less than a minute to “Get-Out!”…she grabbed the cat and left, they are currently staying with relatives in Sacramento, this, of course is too far from Chico State where her son Josh is/was attending school.
They lost everything but the clothes they were wearing at the time of evacuation and maybe a few family heirlooms and some hard-goods (if they’re still there) once they can get back into their house. They have been told that all their furniture, clothing, beds, etc will be a total loss because of contamination from the smoke, fire retardant and raw sewage back-ups.
I’ve never reached out to friends and family like this before, but this is so very different.
While we are truly blessed they got out alive (and so many did not) they are still in need of the most basic day to day items and we really want to help them get back on their feet.
