Help Rebuild Stability After Eviction

Donation protected

Hello, everyone.

This was my first time living on my own, and things were going well but then i lost my job at bob's discount furniture, I never thought I’d be in this position, but today(02/14/2025), I was evicted from my home. This is my first time going through something like this, and I truly wasn’t prepared. I had been selling my belongings to try to raise money for rent but wasn't able to, I thought I had a place to move into to get back on my feet in Tucson but it fell through because my friends family changed their mind. I really thought I had more time to figure things out because I thought i had until the (02/17/2025), but now I find myself in a tough situation, trying my best to stay positive despite everything.

Right now, I’m staying with my grandma for a few days, but unfortunately, I can’t stay here long since the house she used to own has already been sold. She's moving to a senior living community so I'm not able to stay with her, but she wanted to help me out the best she could. I don’t have any other close friends or family I can turn to for a place to stay, and honestly, I’m feeling overwhelmed. More than anything, I just want to find a stable place to live again—not just for me, but for my emotional support dog, who has been my rock through all of this.

My Plan & Why I Need Your Help
I am planning all of this on my own so bare with me, my plan so far is to move from Chandler to Maricopa, where I have found a potential place with rent at $850/month. Moving there would give me a fresh start and more financial stability in the long run. However, with everything happening so fast, I need help covering my initial moving costs.

My immediate goal is to:
✅ Rent a U-Haul and secure a storage unit so I don’t lose my belongings.
✅ Cover month’s rent for my new place.
Cost Breakdown:
First Month’s Rent + Deposit: $850
U-Haul Rental: $150
Storage Unit (First Month): $100
Gas & Moving Expenses: $100
Application Fees & Miscellaneous Costs: $100
Emergency Funds & Cushion to Get Back on My Feet: $400

I’m setting my fundraising goal at $1,700—this would allow me to cover these essential expenses and give me some breathing room while I secure steady income in my new location.

How You Can Help
Any support—whether it’s financial, resources, advice, or even just words of encouragement—would mean the world to me. I know times are tough for everyone, and I wouldn’t ask unless I really needed it. If you’re able to donate, share, or just send some positive energy my way, I would be forever grateful.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. God bless, and please keep the faith.
