Hi, my name is Britani Royal. I am from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, and I currently reside in Florida. My heart is hurting from the videos and photos I have been seeing from the Category 5 hurricane that hit Jamaica, especially my parish, St. Elizabeth.

I was able to get information on my family back in Jamaica; their damages compared to the community are minimal. Our neighbors have lost everything. My family lost part of their roofs, but our neighbors have lost their entire houses, all of their roofs, and have structural damages.

I am asking for any donation: money, clothes, or food. I will be packing barrels and shipping to Jamaica so that it can get to them directly. The community that your donation will go to help is the one that got hit the worst: St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, Brompton, Black River, and surrounding areas. I will show proof of receipt of every item bought and also have videos of food, clothes, and emergency items donated.

My heart is broken. The people of Brompton, my neighbors, are wonderful, loving, and kind-hearted people. I will be using my own funds to buy the first barrel and start packing it. Thanks in advance. I will upload pictures of everyone who will benefit from your donations once items get distributed.
