Help Rebuild Robert’s Home and Farm After Hurricane Melissa

Greetings, kind people of compassion and concern,

My name is Robert Henry, a proud 72-year-old Jamaican farmer and U.S. Air Force veteran.

My family and I have lost everything — our homes, farm, equipment, and livestock — all completely destroyed by Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm that struck Montego Bay, Jamaica. Access roads are blocked, power and water systems are down, and what once was our life’s work now lies in ruins.

After decades of hard work and service — including worldwide duty in the Military Airlift Command flying the C-141B Starlifter — I never imagined facing such devastation. Yet, with faith and resilience, we are determined to rebuild stronger and smarter for the future.

We urgently need logistical and material support to restart from zero. Your help — in any amount — will make a real difference in giving my children and me a chance to rise again.
