Anna-Kay is from Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Her family, and their entire community in Pimento Walk (Hilltop), were directly in the path of Hurricane Melissa, a catastrophic Category 5 storm that has devastated their lives.

​This is not just a news story for us; it is our family. We have been in contact with them, and the situation is desperate.

​The community is completely cut off.

​- No Power: The entire area is without electricity.

- ​No Water: There is no running water, and the rivers are now contaminated and unusable.

- ​No Shelter: Houses have lost their roofs, and many have critical structural damage, leaving families exposed to the elements.

​We are launching this fundraiser to provide direct, urgent aid to the families of Pimento Walk. They need the most basic supplies to survive.
