Help Rebuild Parents' Home in Vietnam After Typhoon

Help my parents rebuild their home in Vietnam after the devastating damage caused by Super Typhoon Yagi, with the possibility of further destruction from an approaching typhoon. Their roof was blown off, and their house was severely flooded. They currently have no access to water, gas, electricity, or internet.
