Hello, my name is Dina Mobarak, and I live in the US. I am fundraising for Atallah Ghaith and his family of 12, who are facing unimaginable hardship in Gaza. The Ghaith family is verified. This is their story:

Dear Friends and Supporters,

My name is Atallah, and I am reaching out to you during one of the darkest times in my life. Before this war, I was a photographer and 3D modeler, supporting my family with my work. However, the devastation of the conflict has destroyed everything we held dear.

Our home was bombed,forcing my family and me to flee for safety. When we returned, there was nothing left but rubble. In this destruction, we also lost our beloved cat and dog, companions who were like family to us.
My livelihood is gone. I lost not only my home but also my photography equipment, computer, and years of creative work. All of my legal documents were also destroyed, making it even harder to recover.
The Rafah border is shut down and tightly controlled by military forces, which has severely restricted our access to basic resources. Combined with the ongoing war, the costs of everyday living have become impossible to afford.
Our family of 12—my parents, four brothers, younger sister, 2 aunts, grandmother, uncle and I—are struggling to meet basic needs.The harsh reality of living in Gaza has left us overwhelmed and desperate for support.

We have made the difficult decision of leaving our homeland for a safer place once the borders open, and we urgently need financial help to cover expenses of our day-to-day expenses to survive these difficult circumstances. Your support will help provide food, shelter, and resources as we navigate this incredibly challenging time.
