Help Rebuild Our Home After Flash Flood

While our roof was in the process of being replaced, an un-forecasted flash flood hit our house on August 3 at 4 a.m. We woke up to rain coming out of the light fixtures, ceiling and walls. My daughter ran downstairs with the news and soon after the ceilings started to collapse. Thankfully none of us were hurt but almost all ceilings, walls, molding, baseboards and floors were damaged.

Our insurance company will not cover one thing because they blame the roofer. We plan to sue the roofer but until then, we need to pay the water mitigation company $22,000 and we still need to get a roof put on the house to prevent further damage before it rains. Any help you could provide would be more than appreciated!
