Help Rebuild After the Flood
Late one night, we woke to the sound of heavy rain and rushing water.
There was no power. No cell service. The bridge was underwater.
We were completely cut off, waiting through the night…praying the water wouldn’t rise any higher.
By some miracle, we’re safe.
Our animals are safe. Our home was spared.
But our training studio, Doggie Dojo, was completely flooded.
What the Training Studio Means to Us
Doggie Dojo has always been more than just a training space.
It’s where we played and trained with our daughter.
Where students from across the country tuned in for online coaching and YouTube videos.
Where dogs found confidence and people found connection.
It wasn’t just a studio.
It was our community dojo…a place of joy, growth, and heart.
What Happened
The flood completely soaked our studio with 2ft of water.
Rubber flooring destroyed.
Drywall and insulation saturated.
Camera and training equipment lost.
We’re heartbroken…but committed to rebuilding.
How Your Donations Will Help
We’ve set a goal of $25,000 to cover essential repairs and replacement:
• $4,000 – Flood cleanup, drying, mold prevention
• $5,000 – Replace rubber flooring (1,200 sq ft)
• $6,000 – Rebuild drywall, insulation, and repaint
• $3,000 – Replace camera gear and training equipment
• $2,000+ – Support recovery time, lost income, and emergency repairs
Every dollar helps us take one step closer to reopening the space and reuniting the Doggie Dojo community.
A Thank-You for Donating
