Help Rebuild my uncle's home due to FIREWORKS damage

Hello everyone, I'm writing this on behalf of my uncle!!! Last night on July 4th roughly around 10-11 pm my 71-year-old uncle was woken up by neighbors stating that his house was on fire. Sadly the fire started due to FIREWORKS FROM SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS. The backyard caught on fire and spread to the back of the house! I'm asking for help since I know it's not gonna be easy for my uncle to rebuild it alone since he didn't have insurance!... and this was my grandparents' house and this house has been in the family for over 40 years. The whole back of the house was affected.... And the whole house inside will have to be repainted and redone due to the smell of the fire and smoke left...the whole back area which included a bathroom, hallway, and a bedroom were damaged...
