My mother like so many others lost everything in the fires burning through LA this week. She managed a mobile home park that was completely decimated, this was not only her home but her livelihood and retirement plan. She was unable to save any of her belongings as she helped evacuate her community and turn off gas lines.

My mom is now left without a home, a source of income, or a clear path forward. As you can imagine, losing your home is devastating enough, but to also lose your livelihood when you have little means makes starting over even harder.

I’m here to ask for your help. The funds raised will go towards:

- Temporary housing for my mom and younger sister who was about to move in with her

- Basic necessities that were lost

- Rebuilding her life and giving her time to secure another stable income

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you can’t donate, sharing this helps just as much. My mom has always been an incredibly strong person and survivor but I would love the opportunity to offer her a little bit of help.
