About a month ago, I discovered a bad leak in my home that had been going on for months without my knowledge. By the time I found it, the damage was extensive—the flooring in my closet and laundry room had collapsed, and mold had spread throughout the flooring, walls, and basement. It was a shock to realize how much work would be needed to make my home safe again.

The repairs are urgent. I need to rebuild the flooring and remove the mold to protect my health and restore my home. Unfortunately, my insurance will only cover a portion of the costs, but the total repairs and renovations are much higher. This includes removing the bathroom sink and counter, which adds to the expenses. I'm doing everything I can, but the costs are overwhelming.
