Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,
My name is Mohammed Khalaf, a resident of Texas, I am raising funds to help my father.
I'm reaching out to you today with a heavy heart to share the heartbreaking news that my 75-year-old father has lost his home in Gaza due to the ongoing war that has destroyed many lives and dreams. As you can imagine, this loss has left him not only physically displaced but emotionally shattered as well.
My father, Mustafa Khalaf, was born and raised in Gaza in 1950. He was one of the few who was awarded a scholarship to study outside and become a doctor. Eventually he realized his goals and dedicated the rest of his life in service to people as a physician across the middle east. He has been a pillar of strength for our family and his community, always extending a helping hand to those in need. Despite the challenges he has faced throughout his life, he has remained resilient and hopeful.
The ongoing bombardment not only destroyed his home but also took away his sense of security and stability. At 75 years old, rebuilding his life from scratch is an overwhelming task, both emotionally and financially. As you can imagine, he poured his entire savings into this house and his lifelong dream was to come back to Gaza and eventually settle there with his relatives and distant family.
I've started this GoFundMe campaign to provide my father with the support he desperately needs to rebuild his life. Your generous donations will go towards securing temporary housing, replacing essential belongings, and covering any medical or immediate needs he may have.
Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a meaningful difference in my father's life. By coming together as a community, we can help him regain his footing and rebuild what was lost.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read my father's story. Your kindness and generosity during this difficult time mean more to us than words can express. Please consider donating and sharing this campaign with your networks.
With gratitude,
his youngest son, Mohammed Khalaf
May God Bless you all.
