Help Rebuild Ms. Deanna's Life Post-Fire

Flames from the still-burning Thompson Fire in Butte County, CA engulfed Ms. Deanna Dennis' home on July 2, 2024. She had no time to gather anything beyond most her precious pets before having to evacuate.
At 85 years old, she's raised children, loved on grandchildren, and taken in pets in this home. She has worked so hard her whole life, and most of her monetary assets were saved in cash, which also burnt down.
Her keepsakes, family heirlooms and memories cannot be replaced, but we would like to help to gift what we can to replace basic necessities and recreate her life. We are heartbroken for her and her family. Please help us in supporting Ms. Deanna in making her next steps a bit easier.

I am a friend and neighbor of Ms. Deanna's daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. Ms. Deanna's daughter, Julie, is an amazing person and friend, and shared this tragedy with us. Julie and her family will also be supporting Ms. Deanna in navigating her new life, and buying items like furniture, pet supplies, basic clothing, figuring out longer term housing, getting medical care, etc.
