Junto con sus tres hijos y sus amigos, a quienes consideran como familia, dirigen el mejor restaurante de brunch del Caribe (probablemente del mundo entero). Su concepto de 'Farm to Table' contribuye enormemente al ecosistema y a la economía local de su preciosa Isla Puerto Rico. Tras el huracán Fiona, José Andrés y World Central Kitchen continuaron operando desde la cocina de Mimosa Brunch con el apoyo de Charlotte y Sebastián para servir comida a la comunidad afectada. Anoche, Mimosa Brunch quedó destruido por un incendio. Nos duele profundamente su pérdida y queremos mostrarles el mismo cariño y amor que ellos brindan a todos los que entran por sus puertas. Recaudemos fondos para que puedan reabrir lo antes posible y así todos podamos volver a disfrutar de su fabulosa comida, hospitalidad y amistad.

If you are lucky enough to know Charlotte and Sebastian, the owners of Mimosa Brunch in Aguada Puerto Rico, you know that they are the most wonderful people. Together with their three sons and their friends that are extended family, they run the best brunch restaurant in the Caribbean (probably in the whole world). Their farm to table concept does so much to support the ecosystem and the local economy of their precious island. After Hurricane Fiona, Jose Andres and World Central Kitchen ran their operation out of the Mimosa Brunch kitchen with the support of Charlotte and Seba. Last night Mimosa Brunch was destroyed in a fire. We are so heartbroken for them and wanted to show them the same care and love that they show everyone who walks through their doors. Let's raise the money to get them operational as soon as possible so we can all go be back enjoying their fabulous food, hospitality and friendship.
