Help Us Rebuild Our Paraglider Launch

Hi Everyone,

We’re Lookout Mountain Flight Park, a local, small business that has been making paragliding and hang gliding dreams come true in the Southeast for over 40 years.

Our launch site has been a hub for adventure, community, and unforgettable experiences for pilots and enthusiasts alike.

But recently, heavy rains caused a devastating mudslide, leaving our paragliding launch damaged and unsafe.

Now, we’ve rolled up our sleeves to rebuild it—better, safer, and bigger than ever!

We’ve constructed new drains to prevent future erosion and are building sturdy cement walls and footers to ensure the launch is secure for years to come. We’ve begun the project, and are committed to completing our new launch. But, we are hoping to not do it alone.
