My name is Shantay Facey born and raised in Litchfield Trelawny. This fundraiser is being carried out by the Stewart ,Facey , Mendez and Carrion family.

As many of you know, my cherished homeland of Jamaica has recently been struck hard by Hurricane Melissa, leaving numerous communities in devastation.

Our hometown of Litchfield in Trelawny was particularly affected, with families facing the loss of their homes, access to food, and essential sanitation services. Items will be purchased from

Pricesmart Jamaica online by me, for pickup. The items/care packages will then be delivered to those impacted by hurricane Melissa, additionally; I will send funds via western to Tia Facey for the items that cannot be purchased online. . Tia will also be the person to deliver the care packages. 

We are actively working to transport vital supplies like food, clean water, and hygiene products from Kingston to those impacted.

In Jamaica, we often say, “Every mickle mek a muckle,” which emphasizes that even the smallest contributions can make a significant impact. No donation is too small, and every gesture of kindness truly makes a difference for those who are suffering right now.

Jamaica will rebuild. We are a strong and resilient community, and we will emerge from this tragedy even more united. However, we need your support today.
