We are a small volunteer group working day and night in Jalandhar and surrounding flood-hit areas of Punjab.
The floods this year have been the worst in decades—1,000+ villages submerged, 350,000+ people displaced, 3.75 lakh acres of farmland ruined, and dozens of lives lost. Entire families are stranded, homes are gone, animals have drowned, and women and children are struggling without even basic supplies.
What we are doing right now on the ground:
Rescuing families trapped in homes filled with floodwater
Providing emergency food kits to displaced families
Distributing sanitary supplies for women and girls, often overlooked in crisis
Helping farmers and families care for surviving livestock—their only source of future livelihood
Supporting elderly and vulnerable people with medicine, water, and safe shelter
What your donations will support:
Food & clean drinking water for families who lost everything
Sanitary pads and hygiene kits for women and young girls
Basic medicines and first-aid relief for those in urgent need
Transportation and rescue supplies to evacuate people still stranded
Temporary shelter materials (tents, tarps, bedding) for displaced families
Every rupee, every dollar matters. ₹500 (about $8 CAD) can feed a family for a day. ₹2,000 ($30 CAD) can provide a sanitary and food kit for a woman for two weeks. ₹5,000 ($75 CAD) can help shelter an entire family.
We are not a big NGO. We are sons, daughters, brothers, sisters of Punjab—ordinary people helping ordinary people. But with your support, we can multiply our reach and save more lives.
Please, stand with Punjab in this dark hour. Donate what you can, and share this appeal widely. Together, we can restore hope and dignity where the waters have taken everything away
