Help Rebuild Lives for Mark & Katrina After Hurricane Helen

Hello, my name is Lana Martin and I’m doing this GoFundMe page for my amazing brother Mark and his wife Katrina, who almost lost their own lives in Hurricane Helen. God blessed them with some wonderful people who saved them and gave them shelter until we found them. Unfortunately, they still couldn’t be rescued completely because the bridge to their home was washed away. We came back the next day and were able to get them to safety. Like so many, they lost everything. They had two homes on their property. One home they lived in and the other was a beautiful barn house Airbnb, which was part of their income. They also lost both vehicles and everything they own. They are very happy to be alive and say it’s just stuff, which is true, and are grateful for a roof over their head and food in their tummies.
