Hi, my name is William, founder and executive chef of La Spaghettata.

Five years ago, my girlfriend Constance and I started this journey from nothing. Just passion, long days, and a belief that we could build something meaningful. Step by step, we created a kitchen that now produces over 2 tons of artisanal pasta each month, serving restaurants, catering events, sharing our craft through workshops and hosting private dinners all rooted in our southern Mediterranean culture. La Spaghettata is more than a business to us. It’s our life. Our energy. Our dream.

Yesterday on March 20, everything changed (see below for the photos).

A fire broke out next to our kitchen… and in a matter of moments, it took everything with it. Our machines, mixers, blast chillers, all our equipment, our entire inventory, and all the fresh batches we had prepared. Years of work, gone overnight.

We are heartbroken. But we are not giving up.

What we built came from nothing once. And we believe, with your support, we can build it again.

This is not just about replacing equipment. It’s about giving us the chance to stand back up, to keep creating, to keep sharing our passion, and to continue the journey we started together.
