Dear Family and Friends,
My name is Rushell Pringle-Maragh. Currently I live in Middletown, Connecticut but I was born in Savanna-la-mar, Jamaica. I am writing on behalf of the Pringle and Nicholson Family. As many of you know, our loved ones back home in Jamaica have suffered tremendous loss due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa. The storm tore through their community, destroying homes, belongings, and livelihoods.
They have lost everything.
As we work to send relief and rebuild what was lost, we are asking for your support. Your donations, no matter the size, will help provide new homes, proper furnishings, and essential daily needs as our family begins the long journey of recovery.
If you would like to help but cannot give financially, we are also accepting gently used items such as clothing, baby products, shoes, canned goods, non-perishable food items and household supplies. Every contribution is deeply appreciated and brings our family one step closer to rebuilding their lives.
This is about more than rebuilding houses. It is about restoring hope, stability, and the sense of security that was taken away.
On behalf of the Nicholson and Pringle Family, thank you for your generosity, your prayers, and your love during this difficult time. Together we can help our family rise again.
