Hello friends and family, my name's Ana Binsfeld and I’m trying to raise money to rebuild one of my father’s race cars.

On September 8, my father Harold was in a freak accident in his '55 Chevy when the gas pedal got stuck, causing him to crash into our other car, the '57 Chevy. My dad is luckily okay, but unfortunately, both his prized possessions are completely totaled. I feel so bad for my father. This is his passion, his pride and joy. I grew up in these cars and I was luckily enough to be able to drive the 57 and be the runner up in Sonoma Raceway. He put so many hours of love, blood, sweat, and tears into these vehicles, and now they are gone. Also, the 57 was a rebuilt of our old 57 that was also an accident and that was my mom’s car.

The blue car, the '55 Chevy, is completely totaled, and we are taking it as a loss. I would like to hopefully fix the black '57 Chevy for him. I’m asking for donations to go towards fixing the car. There is a lot of damage still to the '57, but it is repairable. I know my father loves his cars so much, and this is devastating for him and for myself.
