Help Rebuild Grandma's Life After Devastating House Fire
Donation protected
On April 25th, our family experienced a heartbreaking tragedy. My grandmother lost her entire home, and every one of her belongings in a sudden and devastating house fire. She escaped with her life — but everything else is gone.
She lost her clothing, shoes, glasses, essential medications, sentimental items, and all of her personal documents — including her identification, Social Security card, insurance paperwork, and more.
This loss is made even more difficult by her ongoing health condition: my grandmother is a kidney transplant recipient, and her medications are vital to her survival. In addition to the emotional and physical trauma of the fire, she is now in urgent need of medical support and resources just to maintain her health.
We are reaching out to our community and beyond to ask for help in rebuilding her life. Your donation will go directly toward helping her:
- Replace her critical transplant medications and medical supplies
- Cover emergency housing, food, and transportation
- Replace essential personal belongings like clothing, shoes, and eyeglasses
- Recover lost documentation and identification needed for healthcare and government services
- Provide long-term support as she rebuilds from this traumatic event
My grandmother is a woman of deep faith, strength, and love. She has poured so much into our family and our community throughout her life — and now, she needs us.
We are truly grateful for any amount you can give, and we ask for your prayers and well wishes as she navigates this incredibly difficult journey. Please also consider sharing this campaign with others who may be willing to help.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
With gratitude,
