The recent typhoons that struck the Philippines have caused severe damage to many towns and villages. With winds reaching 185 km/h and gusts up to 230 km/h, more than a million people have been evacuated, and countless families are now homeless.

At CPC Engineering Great Southern, we are proud to employ four dedicated Filipino team members, all of whom have been personally affected by these disasters. None have been hit harder than Fredo. His family home in Ormoc City was destroyed, forcing his family to live in a shed as they try to rebuild their lives.

Fredo and his colleagues work tirelessly, spending months away from their families. Now, on top of this sacrifice, Fredo faces the daunting task of rebuilding his home from scratch.
