I have spent over 30 years in the culinary field, most of that time right here in Southern California. My passion for food and flavor led me to start a small batch, all-natural barbecue and hot sauce company, inspired by the vibrant local ingredients and the desire to offer a health-conscious alternative to traditional sauces. Unfortunately, despite my dedication and vision, I had to put my venture on hold due to a lack of capital. It was a tough decision, but I never lost sight of my dream to bring El Padre sauce to life and share it with my community.

Now, I am reaching out for support to help me rebuild and relaunch my sauce company. The funds raised here will go directly toward every aspect of the business: sourcing fresh, local ingredients, bottling the sauces, creating merchandise, and marketing to spread the word.
