Chuck Brewer has received another devastating blow from hurricane Helene, his home received over six feet of flooding. This comes after he had just completed the repairs from the damage received from last year's hurricane Idalia. With this being said, Chuck and his family will be displaced for up to a year while repairs are being completed.
