Help Rebuild Bitsy and Rick's Home

Hello everyone! This fundraiser is being set up to benefit our dear friend and co-worker Kathryn “Bitsy” Troncale and her husband Rick.

Recently, Bitsy and Rick were on a trip when a devastating flood occurred in their home from a burst pipe causing hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages. As if this wasn’t devastating enough, they then find out their insurance will only cover $10,000 for this type of flooding! Their entire house was destroyed including sheetrock, appliances, electrical, and floors. When the disaster relief crew came in right away, they had to take the house down to the studs because of the damage. That cost alone is well over $50,000.

Bitsy was a beloved Registered Nurse at Mercy Medical Center in Redding. She was a beacon of hope to her patients and a warm and cheerful coworker that we had the privilege to work alongside. She finally retired in March 2024 after 43 years as a nurse. All of us who worked with her along with her family and friends could not have been more happy for her and her husband Rick. On the first day of their first retirement vacation this devastating event happened. We so much want to bless their family with any financial help that we can! They raised 9 children and have 17 grandchildren that they help care for and they greatly need our help now! Please join us in helping them rebuild their home! Bitsy has truly been a blessing to her family, friends, co-workers and countless patients over the years. It’s hard to put into words the influence someone like Bitsy has on those around her. She is truly selfless and so many of us have benefitted from her wisdom and loving generosity.
