Help Rebuild Arens Equestrian

Dear friends and family,

 

On Saturday the 21 of May, a bad storm swept across the east end.

 

Ally Arens runs a small boarding facility and lesson barn on Canaan Rd. She also rescues miniature horses and finds homes for them! She is a phenomenal person and an excellent horse woman. Who also devotes herself to the care and love to all the horses and pets on the property.

It’s only been open one year and this is a really devastating blow to her business. 

 

Arens equestrian lost 4 shelters and 2 round pens and our coverall building to protect our machinery and hay from the elements.

 

Horses require food, water and shelter as a minimum requirement. Without shelter they have no protection from the elements and the sun. It’s vital we get these back up asap to protect the horses.

 

Insurance doesn’t cover these vital buildings so we are asking for help from our generous friends and community.

 

As a fun bonus, if we raise the whole amount, a boarder named Emily will shave her head!!! And if we raise half, she’ll give herself a Mohawk!!
