Help Rebuild After Tree Destroys Home and Car

Greetings friends, family and everyone this reaches. I just had the craziest week of my life and ended 2024 with a unexpected string of events. I am blessed to be alive and with all of you. Today December 31st 2024 at 1:15pm a 60 foot tall pine tree fell on top of my camper and car and hit my sister's house. The timing was so creepy and clear that God is protecting me and my loved ones. My wife left the house with our grandson and nephews to get lunch on a whim last minute. She normally would have made lunch for the children in the camper. She randomly changed her mind and took the children to chick filet. Right after she left I walked into the camper to check on our 5 doggies and to get a drink of water. Less than 5 minutes later after I had walked outside of the camper this 60 foot monster pine tree fell on to the camper, car and house. The camper which is my only home currently and my only car were flattened and destroyed. The 5 dogs were all trapped inside for about 30 minutes. I was in a panic until I realized they all were okay but stuck. This is truly a miracle by God because the tree fell between all of the dogs where they were laying and every dog was un touched. The kennels were smashed but not all the way. A branch smashed through the floor and brought a dog bed with it but not the dog some how. They were all inches from death or injury and God spared them. I'd like to add some more details about my week that makes this unique hardship even harder for me. I was in an atv accident on Wednesday the 28th earlier this week where I unintentionally rolled the atv over. I'm at fault and I made a mistake on a large hill side in the West Virginia mountains and was thrown off

Down hill of the atv and I hit my rib cage and broke a rib or two under my left pectoral muscle. After I ate dirt and cracked my ribs I frantically turned my body back around to try crawl out of the path of the falling atv. The atv is 670 to 720 pounds. It's a can am 4wheeler 650 so its a heavier 4 wheeler. I had that thing roll over both my ankles and my left leg that caused deep bruising. I was fortunate enough to move out of the way just enough to keep the atv off my upper body and face but I took a beating. I am able to walk and my shins took the full weight of the machine. I was shocked I didn't break an ankle or something. I'm in pain and having difficulty moving and doing normal tasks like lifting, bending back and ribs. I'm a private general contractor that builds and remodels homes(mostly interior) for close friends family and amazing clients. My wife motivated me to try to move more and see what I can accomplish on the jobsite I'm on. I wanted to take just one more day to rest and heal up. If my wife didn't motivate me to try and move more I would have been killed or severely injured laying in bed. Many of you I know personally don't know I just had an atv accident and you probably never would have. After today's events and me starting to strengthen my body and get it in motion again and work through the pain I lost my car and home. I am able to work but very limited and very slow right now which I was happily going to overcome in silence. Here I am in public asking for any donations to put my little life back together enough for me to scrape by like I always do but this was a heavy hit for me. The car has minimum insurance coverage but I dont know how much I'll get or even when. The camper is insured as well but we are not sure if they'll pay us the actual value of the camper or hit us with a low ball offer.. We are still waiting for a claims adjuster to come by. All my food is in the camper crushed and we can't get to anything. It rained 20 minutes after the tree fell so if it wasn't smashed it got rained on. We couldnt tarp the camper in time. We have no tarps. I'm waiting to cut up the tree after the claim is filed so I don't mess any of the evidence up. There wasn't any high winds or tornadoes either. Just a healthy looking tree rotten on the inside and it's time to fall happened today. Even if I dont receive a single donation please pray for me and my immediate family. I need God and your prayers now more than ever. Right after all the destruction and 20 minute rain storm that came out of no where a double rainbow appeared also out of nowhere with full sun shine. This rainbow blew my mind and my family and I just stared up at the beautiful double rainbow and we all knew God was waving and saying Hi. Any of us could have been in that camper and everyone left to get lunch or run an errand randomly and lives were saved and I thank God. Insurance companies always fight to pay as little as possible so we don't know what to expect. I'm happy to be alive and I'm blessed and I need your help and support. I am always building and improving homes for my client's and now the builder has no home and no car to get to the job and a healing body that effects work performance. I am brand new to go fund me so I will make sure to provide videos and photographs to prove the incident happened and to prove my injuries happened. God put it on my heart to humble myself and ask for help and embrace the humility. I'm a giver my whole life and I finally accept that I need help and receiving help isn't easy to ask for. No matter what the outcome is I will push forward and rebuild my little dream life I created for myself and start helping others again which is my life's work.
