My partner, Troy, of 17 years passed away. He was the financial provider while I was the homemaker who also homeschools our child. I can't get a job until I can drive legally. I'm 800 away from a driver's license and car insurance. I can't pay the monthly bills for me and my 13-year-old until I have a job. It's a vicious cycle. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
