Help Rebuild a Safe Home for Mom in St. Pete

Hello, my mother needs help. She is disabled and does not work. She lives in a 55+ trailer home community in St. Petersburg FL. During Hurricane Helene, her trailer flooded with about a foot of water and her car was ruined with water up to the hood and won’t start now and has been considered a total loss. She doesn’t have GAP because the vehicle is owned by her and paid off. The carpet, flooring, and drywall all need to be taken out and replaced. The cost of damages just keeps piling up between the car and all of the damage to the trailer. Electrical outlets are fried. Her couch is ruined. She lost power for 2 days and lost all of her food because of it. I’m helping her apply for assistance through FEMA, but that can take a while and mold sets in fast. Anything helps and goes towards paying contractors to repair her home and maybe a down payment on a new car. Thank you everyone in advance for any help, we are truly grateful for any help received.
