In 2022, with the generous help of the 2-4Life Foundation, we were blessed with the construction of a catio — a safe, enclosed space where our rescued cats could roam, play, and heal. It was a dream come true. But over time, and especially with the recent flooding in our area, the catio has fallen into disrepair. Rust has weakened its structure, parts of the roof are damaged, and with unpredictable storms growing harsher, it has sadly become neither safe nor comfortable for the cats we love like family.

Our sanctuary’s goal has always been to provide a place where these precious souls — many of whom have endured trauma, illness, or abandonment — can finally feel safe. Now, each night, we’re forced to bring them inside our already crowded house to keep them dry and warm. The movement alone has become stressful to them too.

We are asking for your help to restore and expand the catio into a proper shelter that honors the lives we’ve committed to protecting. Your support would allow us to:

Repair rusted and worn-out structural parts

Re-roof and add overhangs to protect against heavy rain

Expand the area slightly with brickwork to create room for isolating sick cats and giving them dry, enriched space to roam

Weatherproof the entire enclosure for long-term safety and comfort
