Help Rebuild a Safe Haven for Mom's Goats

This is my mom, almost 12 years ago she left her life, friends and family in NY to move to NC and help me with my children. Her one ask was to have her goats so we built her a barn and pen and they all came south. Fast forward to present she has her own house and goats were thriving however tragedy hit on April 27th when she returned from my daughter’s art show to find her four goats, three mama’s and a baby had been killed by some type of animal. Authorities were called and statements made. We sadly buried these beautiful animals and now it’s time to move on.

My mom, brother and I have spent countless hours building a home for these and animals and now we must rebuild better in order to ensure their safety. She would like to get cameras, stronger fencing and possibly a guard dog.

The goats provided milk to drink, make cheese, soap, feed babies and occasionally supplement for puppy milk when mama’s had to many mouths. But more than this they were her companions and showed true love and affection.

I’m hoping to raise money to assist her in rebuilding a stronger safer home that provides her with an increased sense of security.
