Help Rebuild a Home and a Life in Gaza

My name is Moatasem, and I live in Gaza with my family of five. Until recently, we had a simple but happy life. I worked hard every day to provide for my wife and children. Our home was a place of safety, laughter, and love.

But everything changed when the war reached our neighborhood.

Our house was completely destroyed in the bombing. In an instant, we lost not only our shelter but all of our belongings, memories, and the sense of security we once had. Along with our home, my small business—our only source of income—was also destroyed.

Now, we are living in extremely difficult conditions. We have no steady access to clean water, electricity, or even basic necessities. My children are scared, cold, and confused. As a father, it breaks my heart not to be able to protect and provide for them as I used to.

We are not asking for luxury—just for a chance to start again. A chance to rebuild a modest home, to put food on the table, and to give my children hope for a better future.
